Novel Yoga was created for the Athens Community. Our first classes were held at the Henderson County Library (shout out to the staff)-hence the name NOVEL Yoga! We make classes accessible to all body types, flexibility levels, and activity levels.

Kate Larkin is a 500 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher, and is also certified in Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga. Passionate about the mind-body connection, Kate believes that every BODY can enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice. She is enthusiastic about music, animals, and serving others.
